As a non-profit, community club, help is always welcome!
We’re always on the look out for coaches, committee members, team managers and sponsors. Please get in touch if you’re keen to support the club.
Committee Members are elected at the AGM at the registration day in February. We welcome as many volunteers as possible to assist in running the Club.
General Committee Members will be expected to attend monthly meetings which usually occur on a Monday evening at 7pm and run for approx 45 minutes.
All Committee Members will also be expected to attend at least one MPNA monthly meeting on behalf of the Club. MPNA meetings are held at the Elsie Dorrington Reserve Clubhouse in Mornington on Tuesday evenings and usually run for between 15-45 minutes.
Other duties of Committee Members include fundraising, events organisation and marketing assistance (in addition to duties held by official officers).
Sponsorship and Financial Support:
We recognise that the cost of playing such a long season is a significant investment. Of the total cost for player registration and court fees, only $35 per player is paid directly to the Club. As such, we rely on the financial support of local businesses to help us pay for balls, equipment, running costs and professional skills clinics which we run 1-2 times per year for each team at no additional cost to parents.
